There are some people who attempt to extract multitouch firmware for iDroid on iPhone OS 3.x and then fail to do it. The fact is that we cannot directly extract the firmware through ioreg utility on OS 3.x due to some reasons that I do not know.

But we can still get the firmware by using some other ways. What I find out is that the file, /private/var/stash/share/firmware/multitouch/iPhone.mtprops , contains both Main Firmware and A-Speed Firmware, but they are in base-64 encoding and the file, iPhone.mtprops, is an Apple Property List file.

I have written some codes in C that will help to get the firmware.

To obtain multitouch firmware for iDroid through this way, you need to:
1. By using ssh or other stuff to get /private/var/stash/share/firmware/multitouch/iPhone.mtprops to your computer.
(Due to copyright laws, I cannot put this file here for you to download.)
2. Get the source code in C which is written by me, from here: firmware-extractor
3. Put the iPhone.mtprops file and firmware-extractor.c into a same directory.
4. Compile the source code, and run it. E.g.”gcc -o firmware-extractor firmware-extractor.c && ./firmware-extractor”
5. In the same directory, you will get two files: zephyr_main.bin and zephyr_aspeed.bin
6. Follow the rest of the iDroid official document, then you will have iDroid installed on your iPhone 2G.

成堆的考试，成堆的破事。。

悲哀的是：每次考试都是高考分的一部分

明天英语考试，一篇n长的essay。上个周末的作业就是写一篇类似的文章，练习一下，我觉得我写了应该有1000个单词了吧，呃。。

再过几天就是复活节假期了，两个星期的假。第一个星期要在家复习＋复习＋复习。。。尤其是那个由可爱的阿三大叔教的可爱的物理，因为这实在是太悲哀了。。第二个星期要去麦当劳入职培训，呃，我的第一份part-time job。好多事唉，还有我可爱的新概念四要继续，还有雅思词汇要背。。

今年再怎么累我也认了，因为我只想年底拿着可爱的澳洲国立大学的可爱的计算机科学的Offer哈哈大笑。当然，最好不要变成孔乙己，那样就太可怕了，嗯嗯。。

自己做的五香麻辣牛肉面，味道很不错。炖了两个多小时的牛肉，花了1个半小时做的手工面能不好吃么，嘿嘿～
